Countless people every day find themselves facing the injustice system without an understanding of what's going on. They may also feel there are two systems of justice: those for the haves and those for the have-nots. Whether we are representing you in an appointed case or a privately retained case we will do our best AND fight for you. We take the time to know your situation and we have the skills necessary to defend your rights. If you are accused or arrested, call us. We investigate cases. We drive to the scene of an accident to see it ourselves. We try cases. We will always offer our honest opinion about what we believe you should do, but ultimately whether you (1) go to trial or not is your decision; (2) whether you testify is your decision; and (3) whether you take our advice is your decision. Many cases plea out, but we believe you shouldn't unless you get some benefit from doing so. We will explain the law in a way that you can understand, tell you your options, and the pros and cons of every decision. If we don't know the answer to a question, we will not lie to you to make ourselves look better. We will tell you "I don't know" and look for the answer.
